I had a friend at school who started to smoke in the 9th grade. That’s about the time when our friendship ended, her grades went down and the number of dropped classes went up. My first cigarette occurred when i was 5 years old purchased by another friend of mine with the stolen money from her mom’s purse. I did not like smoking but did not get a good choice either. “Either you smoke and hang out with us or we are not friends any more”, my friend was pretty serious about it. Advice 1: Never ever do what people tell you to if it harms you. Nobody else but you must decide what is wrong and what is right. Do not follow the brands, streams, trends. Create your own patterns, philosophy of life.
Smoking kills your brain, lungs, health in general and obviously your skin. Let me prove it. How many times you take breath per minute? 10-15 times. Now try to cut into half. Take 5 breath per minute. Feeling good? Missing something? Right. Oxygen. That’s what smoking does to you. Even worth. It leaves smoke and toxic stuff in you. Truth: Cigarettes rob you of oxygen.
Advice 2: Do not smoke or stay around smokers if you want glowing beautiful skin. Nicotine imparts blood vessels, which deliver oxygen to your skin. No more oxygen, no nutrients, no elasticity for your face. You are feeding your face with impurities. If you enjoy smoking for the sake of taste, social status, image dull, saggy, wrinkled, gray skin is the price to pay for it.
Advice 3: If you want healthy children pay attention to your partner’s habits.
