Clean skin = good looks. You must always remove makeup 💄 even if you are tired. 😴 For those who are not convinced think about bacteria, dirt, oil, makeup and sweat 💦 you take with you to bed. 🤔
Here are some advice:
- keep in mind that it is important not to strip the skin of its natural oils;
- use separate makeup remover for the eyes 👀 its formula should be gentle and oil-free
- use glycerin or cold cream soaps, which will make your face fresh, clean and create a moisture cushion = feels soft
- don’t use body or bath soaps on your face
- gel cleansers are the best for oily and combination prone to acne skin since they kill the bacterias which creates blemishes
- cream water based cleansers are good for normal and dry skin since they contain oils and emollients
- don’t use balm cleansers if you have an oily skin
- use exfoliating cleansers instead of the daily cleanser twice a week to remove dead skin. Such products usually contain alpha hydroxy acids and are gentle for all skin types
- use a clay mask as a supplement if you have oily skin. It will draw out impurities, dry up excess oil, reduce blackheads
- creamy hydrating masks will work if your skin is dry or overly exposed to the sun and wind
- chamomile, cucumber 🥒 aloe and calendula masks are good for irritated skin
- massage 💆 is good 😊 blood circulation is getting better and skin is more lifted and smooth
- attend steam room at least once a week to get rid of impurities, open pores, stimulate circulation. You can arrange a home made mini steaming treatment with adding thyme or Levander to a boiling water
