Papaya is one of my favorite foods. It grows on a tropical tree and contains large amount of fiber, Vitamin C, E, K. It is beneficial for: eyes, immune system, reduction of cholesterol, women’s’ health, heart, bones, brain.
By eating this fruit (it is available all over the world) you will improve:
Skin
Enzyme called ‘papain’ makes the difference: it has anti aging, skin repairing and wound healing properties
Papaya is a good bleaching agent. it helps whiten skin. Vitamin A works as a great antioxidant. It prevents premature aging and reduce wrinkles.
Papaya and honey mask against acne: take some papaya; cut into small pieces; add 1 tablespoon honey + 1/2 tablespoon lemon; mix; apply to your face; remove after 15 minutes.
Eating papaya daily will keep you young always. You can also use a piece of papaya to rub your skin. This will help your skin glow.
Hair
Papaya is rich in minerals and vitamins which prompts hair growth. It has anti dandruff properties. Papaya’s leaves serve as a great hair conditioner. It removes excess amount of oil from your hair and keep it smooth, shine and strong. It can be either used in the form of fruit itself or you can apply it on your hair as a hair pack. Use hair care products containing papaya.
A papaya hair pack: take the papaya and cut it into small pieces; blend it; dd some yogurt and mix well; apply on your hair; remove it in 30 min using a shampoo. This will help you to get stronger hair and also it prevents splitting of hair at the bottom.
Weight Loss
Papaya is rich in fibers, which help to burn fat.
Papaya Carrot juice recipe: take a jar and grind 3 papaya pieces; add 2 pieces of carrot; mix well and add 1 teaspoon of lime juice; pour it in a glass.
