Combination: oily through T-Zone. Larger pores on forehead, nose 👃 and chin. Dry cheeks. Advice: moisturizers with AHA (alpha hydroxy acids) will benefit skin. Use cleansers, toners and moisturizers for oily areas regularly and a milder cleanser, denser moisturizer for the dry areas.
Oily: shiny, specially thought the T-Zone (forehead, nose, chin). This condition is cause cause of the access of sebum. Oily skin is annoying because of the higher probability of breakouts. Diet diet and one once again diet (healthy food) helps to deal with acne and of course regular skin care routine. Advice: clean your face twice a day. It prevents accumulation of dirt. It will also open your pores. Toners and moisturizers should be alcohol free otherwise skin will over-dry.
Dry: tight after washing, dry or flaky looking, sensitive, very small pores, fine lines. Advice: diet contributes to healthier skin: high water content: 8 glasses a day, vegetables 🥒 not more than 2 cups of coffee or 2 glasses of alcohol a day (it causes hydration); limit sun exposure; use rich cleansers; apply layers of good moisturizers, it helps to protect skin’s natural oil. Apply lightweight face oil and richer cream over that. Night creams with AHA remove the dead skin and moisturize the new. Avoid AC or heating (it creates dry environment), use humidifiers instead.
