Let’s make a refreshing Green Tea Frappuccino, one of my favorite beverages at Starbucks.
Matcha is so much better than caffeine. It does wakens you up but does not cause a jittery effect. Try it.
Here is the recipe:
- 1/2 cup, ice cubes
- 1 cup cold, whole milk
- 3 Tbsp. organic cane sugar
- 3 tsp. matcha powder
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
I encourage you to add less sugar and look for sugar-free whipped cream.
