What does exercise have to do with glowing skin? Let’s say, you go to a step-aerobics class. During 20 minutes your blood flow increases, skin gets more oxygen, and body is being cleaned through sweat. Only 20-30 min a day and your metabolism develops. It means you are staying in a good shape. Exercise helps to boost immune system. It means less sickness and more happy days.
Besides, whenever I go for a bike ride or for a walk stress level is usually much lower. Sitting on the coach at home will not build up and strengthen your bones! You must go out and move your buddy. Exercise takes care of your heart, increases energy level, improves your mood (a big one for me). If you are still not motivated enough such places as sport clubs, yoga classes, walks, runs, swims are full of new opportunities to meet with interesting people. It is worth it either way.
